Add product View orders Email & tracking Open store

Each shop order gets a Tracking ID (e.g. RUG-0001) — shown on every card below. Copy it to email the customer. Confirm orders after payment.

Set current exchange rates (how many PKR per 1 USD / 1 EUR). Customers see prices in PKR, USD, or EUR based on these rates. Update when rates change.

Website name, logo, hero image, and all text and images on the homepage. Edit below and save.

Automatic order emails

Company email (orders inbox)

Each new order sends an automatic message to this inbox with the customer name, Tracking ID, address, and items.

Password reset email (OTP)

Used on the admin login page when you click Forgot password? Leave blank to use the company email above.

Send order emails (customer and company)

The customer also receives an email with a thank-you message, their RUG-0001 Tracking ID, and a track link. On a local PC, email may not send — it usually works on live hosting.

In Admin → Orders, set Confirm / Shipped / Expected by — the customer will see updates on the Track order page.

Tracking ID format

New orders use IDs like RUG-0001, RUG-0002, etc. Each ID appears on its order card in Admin → Orders. Copy the Tracking ID and email it to the customer.

After saving, open Returns or Privacy and refresh the page to preview your changes.

Change the password used to sign in to this admin panel. Stored securely on your server (not in the browser).

Customers pay by card on your website. Save only stores keys on your server — it does not open 2Checkout in the browser. Get keys from your 2Checkout merchant login (not the Verifone docs site).

Where to find keys (merchant panel)

Log in at secure.2checkout.com → Integrations → Webhooks & API
Merchant code = Seller ID / Account number
Secret word = same page, “Secret Word” (for payment notifications)
INS URL (when live): …/api/twocheckout_ipn.php
Test mode = sandbox testing; turn off when you go live

If you see “Page unavailable” on docs.verifone.com, ignore that — you do not need it. Use the merchant login link above.
